Enerquip Balder TRCM Model 1 and 2 is designed for the power plant that want to have the flexibility and need of cleaning many small and medium water intakes and trash racks that has significant waste fractions from grass, twigs, leafs and up to heavy logs (max 2000 kg).
The Balder TRCM is perfect for customers who needs a flexible machine that can be moved between several intakes.
The weight of the claw and water pressure is the only pressure on the trash racks. A camera can be mounted on the inside of the claw to continually monitor during the operations.
The claw has a plastic wear plate to prevent damage on the trash racks.
The machine operation mode is to lower down the claw on the trash racks, drive the telescopic booms to the bottom of the trash racks and use the hydraulic claw to remove the waste before this is lifted up and away.
